We had a lodge full of brethren from across the district as Excelsior hosted the District 32 Spring School of Instruction. Chef Mendoza filled our stomachs and before the DDGL filled our minds.

Eight Brothers from the 32nd Prince Hall District visited with Excelsior at our March Stated Communication. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner and then moved on to our business meeting and a game of Masonic Trivia with Brother Blake from Excelsior and Brother Swann from Myersville 687 winning the top prize.
Thank you to everyone who came out for our first Entered Apprentice Degree of 2017. We had a good crowd and the the initiation went very well. Join us on February 27th for the Fellowcraft Degree.
We had a great Davie Academy Session on January 21st at Excelsior. Freemasons from around the region came out to learn how to run effective and efficient lodge meetings. Topics included creating an agenda, modifying the order of business for efficiency, principles of organization, chairing the meeting, Masonic parliamentary usage, and proper handling of motions and

Excelsior 261 and Temple 676 held a blood drive on Saturday, November 12th with the Community Blood Center of the Carolinas. Hot dogs were served for lunch for everyone who donated. We also sold raffle tickets for $10 each with the prize being a 32" LG LED TV for a charity fundraiser. All proceeds went to
